Today I returned to full time education. The six hours of feeling part of a community was soon washed away with the shrill awakening of classical studies. Mount Vesuvius incinerated the skin off of thousands upon thousands of Pompeians. Whilst listening to my teachers monotone voice drone on about the disabling factors of pyroclastic flows I took it upon myself to express my mood through ink and paper. During the incredibly dull lesson the smell of overpowering mens aftershave wafted victoriously in the air, much like a hot air balloon filled with gas. I picked at my nails feverishly much like a hamster would and wished I would have been anywhere but this tiny teenager filled hell.
The sick feeling in my stomach has yet to of ceased.
